The Opportunity:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a well-established impact investor
- The fund is looking to expand their global team by hiring an ambitious and passionate Senior Investment Associate
- The fund focuses on special situations, including carve-out and transformation
- Actively pursuing opportunities from both a profitability and sustainable investment perspective
The Role:
- The Senior Investment Associate will be involved in the entire deal cycle, supporting the deal origination all the way through to the execution
- Excellent pay as well as the opportunity to progress into more senior roles, growing alongside the fund and being part of the future
- End-to-end deal exposure
- You will participate in various kinds of financial analysis (including modelling and due diligence assessments)
The requirements:
- 3 – 6 years of experience, coming from either an PE or M&A Advisory background (IB or Consulting)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Passion for being part of an established and growing fund, as well as being sustainability oriented
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ambitious, adaptable, growth mind-set
- Fluency in German is required
