The Role
As a key sales team member, you will work closely with senior leadership and drive business development efforts across the UK & Ireland. This role focuses on building relationships with banks, private banks, wealth managers, multi-family offices, and private equity firms, expanding market presence and growing the client portfolio.
Key responsibilities include
- Constructing and executing a Go-to-Market (GtM) strategy for the UK & Ireland.
- Managing an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
- Driving the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales, discovery, solution sales, and account management.
- Educating potential clients on the value of the platform and providing tailored solutions.
About You
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Deep understanding of private markets and private equity is a must.
- Experience working with tech-centric solutions, including the ability to demo a platform, conduct discovery, qualify leads, and manage a sales funnel.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and business development tools.
- Ability to challenge institutional inefficiencies and provide world-class service to clients.
