The Role:
- Support deal sourcing, market research, and pipeline development
- Assist in financial modelling, due diligence, and investment execution
- Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to fund reporting and broader internal projects
Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial statements
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal (English and Spanish)
- Genuine interest in private equity and venture capital
- Proactive mindset and seeking to deliver impactful solutions in a passionate team
- 2-5 years experience, ideally with some IB experience
