About the Company
A market leading, PE-backed B2B Industrials company, scaling rapidly across European markets. With an ambitious value creation strategy, we are looking for a Strategic Programme Manager to drive critical strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
The Role
As Strategic Programme Manager you will play a key role in executing the company’s strategic roadmap and delivering value creation initiatives. You will work across multiple cross-functional projects, supporting the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring a successful deliver of key programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of critical transformation programmes.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide strategic support to the Managing Director with additional engagements across the Leadership team.
- Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of the company’s strategic priorities, working closely with leadership and PE investors.
- Value Creation Plan: Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve EBITDA.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and contribute to multiple strategic and transformation projects across different business functions.
Your Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB preferred)
- Experience working on transformation, programme and project delivery.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Industrials, Wholesale or Logistics, or PE-backed businesses is a plus.
