We are working with a fast-growing, PE-backed B2B SaaS company, scaling rapidly across European markets. With an ambitious growth strategy, they are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to drive critical strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
The Role
As Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in executing the company’s strategic roadmap and delivering value creation initiatives. You will work across multiple cross-functional projects, leveraging data to optimize the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of the company’s strategic priorities, working closely with leadership and PE investors.
- GTM Strategy Development: Build a data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Value Creation Plan: Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve EBITDA.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and contribute to multiple strategic and transformation projects across different business functions.
- Change & People Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business objectives.
Your Profile
- 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB preferred)
- Experience working on transformation, GTM, and operational improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or PE-backed businesses is a plus.
