Finatal is working with a PE fund that are looking to exit a £400m t/o manufacturing business. They are looking for a hands on M&A consultant to support their CFO in preparing for an exit in the next 6-12 months. This will involve building a data room, VDD, FDD, liaising with external advisors and running projects for SLT and the deal team around the exit. The role involved close work with the PE fund and CFO in extracting data from systems and producing financial models and aiding advisors on all financial questions. The role is London based and will involve occasional travel. You’ll be able to speak Spanish to a business proficient level, have experience in PE backed businesses that are looking to exit, transaction services and large deal exposure.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in:

- ACA Qualified
