Finatal is working with a Private Equity house who own a £300m t/o International Services business that are looking for M&A support. We need an M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO who are looking to exit in the next year. The primary objective is to support the CFO, build the data room, FDD, liase with external advisors and running projects for the SLT around the exit. This role involves close work with the fund and CFO extracting data from systems and producing financial models and aiding advisors on all financial questions. The role is London based and will involve occasional travel within the UK. You’ll have experience working in private equity backed businesses that are looking to exit, transaction services and deals exposure.
