Role Profile

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Vice President to join our Private Wealth team in an Investor Services role. The role will work closely with Sales, Product Structuring, Legal, Compliance, AIFM and Fund Admin teams internally, as well as our investors, distributors and service providers across various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Private Wealth team and our Private Wealth investors in the upfront onboarding and after-sale service across our suite of open-ended, evergreen (semi-liquid) funds
  • Work across all operational aspects of onboarding CVC’s evergreen funds across various distributors and fund platforms in EMEA and Asia; the opportunity to work on global fund onboarding
  • Manage the Fund Administrator investor onboarding process by coordinating with the Transfer Agency and AML/KYC teams and related operational/client service duties on behalf of our evergreen fund platform
  • Implement any processes and systems required to ensure a seamless investor service experience
  • Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing investor maintenance and reporting for various investors and distributors
  • Develop solutions to improve investor and distributor experience while also reducing risk and streamlining processes
  • Develop ad hoc and ongoing strategic projects ranging from new fund launches to streamlining procedures and processes

Requirements

  • Typically have 8 years+ of industry experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Private Wealth channel, including distributors’ operational processes and dealing platforms and processes.
  • Possess working knowledge of open-ended evergreen funds, including Lux UCI Part II
  • Strong relationship development and management skills, both with external investors and distributors and internal global teams
  • Experience with investor servicing, onboarding, reporting and operations
  • Positive and proactive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including the ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail
