Finatal are working with a Private Equity backed business in Berkshire to source a Chief Financial Officer.

Experienced in the cybersecurity/managed services sector and with a commercial understanding of recurring revenue streams, you will already have been a CFO within a Private Equity baked business and have been through a successful exit on behalf of the investors/shareholders.

The business operates internationally (UK, Europe, USA & Africa) and is looking to expand further into other markets as well as diversify product offerings to its existing and future clientele.  The investment from private equity will support both the organic and buy & build growth strategy.

This is a permanent role with an attractive salary and package (including a generous equity incentive) and it is crucial to find the perfect CFO solution to add to an already hugely successful and talented management team.
