Having recently secured growth capital from a leading early-stage investor, this PE backed market insight and subscription business is seeking a high-calibre FD to help drive scale, revenues and international expansion. With a growing online community, they are looking to increase earnings through advertising and events, expanding their offering throughout Europe.

This is a hands on FD role responsible for operational and commercial finance. The vast majority of processes are currently outsourced, meaning the successful candidate has the autonomy to build a best in class, scalable finance function as they see fit. They will need to identify appropriate systems, implement relevant controls and KPI’s whilst being a proactive business partner for key stakeholders.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience of key subscription based KPI’s (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc)
• Previous experience in a finance leadership role within a high growth start-up/ SME
• Experience supporting or leading on fundraising or an exit is desirable
