Finatal are partner a European mid-market PE fund who have recently acquired a €3ml EBITDA Technology led asset and are looking for an Interim CFO / Finance Director to help get them into PE reporting standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven CFO or Senior finance leader
- Prior PE experience is essential
- Experience of 100-day plan, setting up KPI’s, dashboards and building investor reporting
- Partnering with the founder/CEO and educating them around PE reporting
- Experience implementing financial controls and scalable processes
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
