The opportunity
Finatal is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Vice President of Finance to join a high growth, PE-backed pharmaceutical business. The fund has a strong track record of delivering exceptional returns. This is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful acquisitions and drive cost saving initiatives across the business.
The responsibilities
- Supporting the CFO and PE investors with value creation, process improvement, change management, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
- Operational running of the finance function, overseeing statutory accounts, audit and monitoring the groups cashflow.
- Track and report on key financial metrics, including ROI, EBITDA, and working capital.
- Group cash flow monitoring and managing internal finance operations.
- Lead financial due diligence and support execution of new acquisitions or partnerships.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team to support operational and strategic growth.
- Develop and implement standardised reporting frameworks to streamline multi-entity financial management.
The requirements
- ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience consolidating entities post acquisition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior exposure to operating within a private equity portco.
- Proven financial due diligence for new acquisitions or partnerships.
- Excellent banking and currency management.
