A high-growth, private equity-backed B2B SaaS business with c£150m ARR is seeking a Working Capital Manager to join its expanding UK finance team. The business is recognised as a global leader in ePayables automation, supporting finance professionals across the US, Australia, France, Germany and the Nordics.
With finance operations transitioning from overseas to the UK as part of its next phase of growth, this is a key hire within a scaling international environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Accounting, the Working Capital Manager will take ownership of optimising cash flow and driving best-in-class working capital performance across the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading global AR, AP and cash management optimisation initiatives
- Driving improvements in DSO, DPO and overall cash conversion
- Partnering with Sales, Customer Success and Operations to enhance billing, collections and dispute processes
- Implementing scalable controls and reporting as the business grows
- Delivering working capital analysis to senior leadership and investors
- Supporting process harmonisation as finance activity transitions to the UK
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in working capital, AR/AP leadership, or cash flow optimisation within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of subscription billing models and revenue cycles
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience in a PE-backed or fast-scaling international business preferred
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
