Mike Trotman, ex-CFO of TM Lewin and Hobbs, the mid-market fashion retailers, has recently joined Tom Dixon, the global luxury interior design and product brand, as CFO. Tom Dixon is backed by private equity fund NEO investments.
Mike is a seasoned CFO with hand-on experience of transformation and turnaround of international B2B and B2C blue chip and private equity backed businesses. He has extensive knowledge of the retail sector.
“I am really pleased to welcome Mike to our family in such an interesting moment of business and our company’s journey,” says Mr. Hoegstedt, who joined Tom Dixon as CEO in January this year. Hans has extensive expertise in large turnaround and relaunch projects, having completed the turnaround of the third largest Italian fashion group, and built the largest cable and wire company in world, prior to joining Tom Dixon.
“With 18 years of success in designing iconic objects and spaces we are in the middle of a significant restructuring as we are using these special times to get prepared for the future. To add Mike’s experience both in growth and turnaround situation to our senior management team will be a real boost.
I’d like to thank Florence Edwards and Finatal for such a quick and smooth process identifying several really strong candidates.”
