He leads teams partnering with private equity investors and their portfolio companies on critical leadership appointments across the investment lifecycle, from transformation and professionalisation through to growth and exit. His teams deliver both permanent and interim mandates across finance, AI, data, technology and commercial leadership.
Max has more than a decade of experience building and leading high-performing executive search businesses across EMEA and North America, with a particular focus on private equity and growth equity-backed organisations. Prior to joining Finatal, he was responsible for scaling the U.S. division of a global specialist executive search firm, leading senior mandates across high-growth technology businesses and major financial technology institutions.
At Finatal, Max also works closely with investors and portfolio leadership teams around the evolving talent requirements created by AI, digital transformation and technology-led value creation.
