Aaron is a Head of Practice in our Interim Management team, focusing exclusively on large cap. He specialises in working with some of the world’s largest and most successful private equity businesses, those ranging from £200m to multibillion turnover, and with funds with £100m+ AUM. Predominantly, he recruits operating partners, CFOs and finance hires at director level. Aaron has more than eight years of experience delivering C-suite mandates for private equity-backed businesses, across multiple sectors. Before joining the industry, Aaron was a professional rugby player.
