David Rooney

David founded Finatal in 2010. He has 30 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, starting his career specialising in financial recruitment, before shifting his focus to private equity. Under David’s leadership over the past 15 years, the business has grown from recruiting Chief Financial Officers in private equity-backed businesses to building success for many of the world’s largest funds with permanent and interim hires across finance, technology, data, transformation, M&A and directly into funds themselves.
