Eve McLean

Eve is a Principal in the Private Capital team, focusing on senior appointments and global team build-outs for private equity, venture capital, and private wealth clients. She advises on investment, value creation, and investor relations teams, as well as secondaries and fund restructuring mandates. Leveraging her dual US-UK citizenship, Eve has a strong track record connecting top talent across borders and helping clients scale their private markets and private wealth capabilities.

Prior to joining Finatal, Eve spent five years placing C-suite executives in PE-backed biotech companies in the US. She holds a Master’s degree in History and International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
