Eve McLean

Eve is a Principal in the Private Capital team, specializing in recruiting senior investment professionals, value creation leaders and investor relations talent for private markets clients across the US and UK. She works with established private equity firms as well as growing and emerging venture capital investors, leveraging her dual US-UK citizenship to bridge transatlantic networks and connect top talent across borders.

Prior to joining Finatal, Eve spent five years placing C-suite executives in PE-backed biotech companies in the US. She holds a Master’s degree in History and International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
