Ishtah is a Partner, leading the firm’s European growth and cross-border executive search platform. Over the past eight years, she has been instrumental in building our international presence, including launching its Frankfurt office.  She has an exceptional track record and extensive network across private capital, successfully delivering permanent and interim searches for over 100 funds, ranging from large cap through to growth equity. Ishtah works with her clients to build best-in-class leadership teams across a range of sectors. She holds a BA in Modern Languages and International Relations and is fluent in French.
