Louise is the Director of People, overseeing all aspects of HR and employee relations, including strategy, talent acquisition and learning and development. She has 15 years’ experience working in People functions in the recruitment industry and holds a Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management. Louise is currently working towards another degree in Executive Coaching.
