Lucy is a Managing Consultant within our Permanent Finance practice, managing three consultants within the team. She represents permanent supportive finance hires up to CFO level; typically Finance Directors, Group Financial Controllers, and Head of FP&A opportunities. She joined Finatal in 2021, and has credentials across a breadth of private equity portfolio assets, including those backed by Inflexion, HIG Capital, ICG, L Catterton and PAI Partners. Lucy has a first class law degree from the University of Edinburgh.
