Max Yish

Max is a Director of our Technology Leadership practice. His practice focuses on executive hiring across technology, data, and go-to-market functions – critical disciplines for value creation in PE-backed businesses undergoing digital change, commercial acceleration, and data enablement, and delivers both permanent and interim leadership mandates.

Max has a decade of experience building high-performing recruitment practices across EMEA and the U.S. with a strong track record of delivering top talent in fast-paced, highly competitive markets. Prior to joining Finatal, Max was responsible for scaling the U.S. business of a global specialist executive search firm, where he led senior mandates for PE- and VC-backed companies, as well as leading financial technology institutions.
