Monika is Senior Vice President at Finatal, and plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the US business. She has worked with high-growth businesses, both as a search partner and a leader. Her speciality is partnering with PE and VC-backed companies as they look to scale.Â
Monika started her career in investment banking search, later working at Mondo as Sr. Director of National Sales Strategy, then VP of Partnerships. She contributed to the business to doubling in size as she built the Midwest and US Executive practice. Most recently, she led the US growth of an executive search business. Monika is based in the US, splitting her time between New York and Chicago.
