Sonja is a Principal in our finance leadership practice. She covers permanent mandates for core finance roles, typically CFOs and Finance Directors across Germany and Europe. She also has expertise in recruiting M&A experts and FP&A professionals. Sonja’s background is in supporting team build-outs for multinational organisations and has a long track record of working with interim experts in the financial services sector. She specialises in CFO and FD roles, and has more than seven years’ experience recruiting finance leaders.
