Sonja Zawer-Akerdem

Sonja is a Principal in our Interim practice. She covers interim mandates for core finance roles, typically CFOs and Finance Directors across Germany and Europe. She also has expertise in recruiting M&A experts and FP&A professionals. Sonja’s background is in supporting team build-outs for multinational organisations and has a long track record of working with interim experts in the financial services sector. She specialises in Interim CFO, Interim CEO and Interim FD roles, and has more than seven years’ experience recruiting finance leaders.
