Steven is a Principal in our Transformation Practice, specialising in interim mandates across private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He focuses on driving transformation and value creation through strategic leadership appointments, working closely with Chief Transformation Officers and senior C-suite teams to align leadership capability with critical change agendas. With over 20 years’ recruitment experience, including 10 years in transformation and private equity, he brings deep insight into the leadership profiles and organisational dynamics needed to deliver change at pace. He holds a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in HR, combining behavioural insight with talent expertise to help organisations secure the right leaders at the moments that matter most.
