Finance Director

Tom is Finance Director at Finatal. He provides strategic support to the management team and Board, alongside having oversight over the business’s governance and compliance. He specialises in building high performing, scalable, commercially focused finance teams. Tom has many years’ experience leading finance functions in the recruitment sector, in both globally listed businesses and SMEs.

Tom obtained his ACA while training at EY, having graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in History.
