Victoria is an Associate Partner in our Interim Management team, specialising in placing interim CFOs across the private equity cycle from pre-deal to exit. She joined Finatal in 2019, working on permanent finance leadership mandates, before moving to specialise in interim in 2022. Victoria has an active network of CFOs Finatal has placed numerous times and she has become the go-to partner for all finance hires for many of the funds and business she works with.
