Challenge:
Kester Capital had just closed their latest fund, and needed to bolster their investment team to support the next phase of growth. We were asked to find candidates that had the specific experience needed, and crucially had a different profile to those previously recruited.
Action:
We mapped potential candidates, sourcing profiles of those who had experience aligned to what Kester was looking for. We worked with the fund to build out a team whose specialisms covered the full breadth of what was needed.
Impact:
The team has grown with a number of high calibre additions to support the fund as it continues to realise value.
