Forterro, a leading European industrials software provider, needed to build a high-performing M&A and integration team with three critical hires: a Germany-based VP/Director of M&A, a UK-based VP/Director of Integration with additional European language skills and a UK-based Origination Lead, also multilingual. Each role required a unique combination of technical expertise and soft skills to tackle challenges presented in a complex, cross-border deal environment.
Action:

For the M&A and Origination roles, candidates were selected for their strong understanding of software transactions, ability to navigate complex acquisitions and fluency in European languages.
