Good enough to become Director within 5 years?

We have a 5 year plan to grow to 100 fee earners and in private equity we have a fantastic market in which to achieve it. Having doubled revenue in the past 12 months, we now need to hire the leaders who will take us to that target.

Learning & career development

Unusually for a company of our size we have our very own Training & Development Manager. Sending people to infrequent training courses is fine but so often 95% of what is learned gets forgotten or ignored within a few weeks as people revert to type. Our philosophy is to commit to people's development with training reinforced weekly. The results have been exceptional since this was instigated at the start of 2016 and we have progressed several leaders of the business already. The training is customised to each consultant following a full Training Needs Analysis.
