Mia Baskey

Mia is a Consultant in Finatal’s Office of the CFO practice, specialising in the recruitment of finance leadership talent for private equity-backed businesses across North America. She partners closely with CFOs and executive teams to deliver on critical hiring mandates, supporting value creation agendas through the appointment of high-impact finance leaders.

Mia’s search experience spans a range of senior finance roles, including VP Finance, Controller, FP&A Director, Head of Finance, and Director of Accounting. She focuses on identifying candidates who combine technical excellence with the commercial acumen required to operate in fast-paced, investor-backed environments.

She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University, bringing a strong understanding of organisational behaviour and leadership assessment to her work.
