Finatal places senior finance leader at Inflexion-backed business

We are delighted to have supported a key senior finance appointment for Inflexion’s carve-out of Marlowe plc’s GRC division. Our team executed the search for a Group Financial Controller to support the CFO in building a best-in-class finance function to accommodate an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. We utilised our search methodology to map against fluency in recurring revenue streams, finance transformation, M&A and leveraged environments, placing Chris Diddams in the role. The search was led by Managing Consultant Lucy Pandrich.
