18 June 2025, London, UK: Leading search partner Finatal has appointed Max Yish as Director in their data and technology leadership practice. Max will focus on executive hiring across technology, data and go-to-market functions, critical for driving value creation in businesses undergoing digital transformation and data enablement.
Max brings more than a decade of experience in building high-performing recruitment practices across both EMEA and North America. He has an established track record of delivering executive talent in fast-paced, highly competitive markets, particularly within private equity and venture capital-backed businesses. Prior to joining Finatal, Max led the scaling of the U.S. division of a global executive search firm, specialising in senior mandates for PE-backed companies and leading financial technology institutions.
Max’s expertise will accelerate the growth of Finatal’s rapidly expanding data and technology leadership practice, which has experienced a significant surge in demand as private equity firms intensify their focus on technology, data, and commercial transformation.
