Paul Blant

Paul is Group Managing Director and oversees the business’s global operations. He has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity and has built a reputation as one of the most successful recruiters for CFOs and finance leaders across the industry. Paul was one of Finatal’s first hires, joining the business in 2011. He initially set up the interim division before leading our CFO search practice, partnering with the likes of Livingbridge, August Equity and MML over the years. Paul has since gone on to lead the business’s growth in the UK and more recently into Germany and North America, while continuing to work closely with funds and experienced CFOs, enabling them to build success.
