Nick is an Associate Director in our M&A and Corporate Development practice. He focuses on experienced level buy-side M&A and Corporate Development hires for PE portfolio businesses across the U.K and Europe, to both permanent and interim positions. He is responsible for the management and development of the wider practice. Nick’s experience includes hiring first time M&A talent to augment business growth through to supporting more established teams expand existing capabilities.
Prior to establishing the M&A and Corporate Development practice, Nick managed teams responsible for hiring qualified-level finance staff for both PE backed and publicly listed companies across the UK.
