This mid-cycle, private equity–backed professional services business is approaching a planned exit over the next 12–24 months. Having delivered strong growth under its current investor, the business is now focused on driving the final phase of value creation, including margin expansion, operational optimisation, and potential inorganic growth ahead of a sale process.
With a well-established market position and a scalable model, the company is seeking a commercially astute CFO to partner closely with the CEO and investors to prepare the business for a successful exit.
