A £300m turnover, private equity-backed manufacturing business is looking for an Interim FP&A Director for an initial 6-month assignment. Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, the role will focus on strengthening financial planning and reporting capability during an important phase of growth. The position will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, while also supporting board and investor reporting and improving the quality of financial insight across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A leadership experience within a PE-backed manufacturing business. This role would suit someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, building robust financial models, enhancing reporting processes and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
