We are partnering with a fast-paced, multi-site education business to appoint an experienced Interim FP&A Support Manager for an initial 3–6 month assignment. Working closely with the Finance Director, this role will provide hands-on support across FP&A, cashflow management and core finance operations during a key period for the business.

This is a highly visible role suited to a qualified finance professional who is comfortable operating across both strategic FP&A and day-to-day finance activities within a complex, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and enhance monthly management accounts and reporting packs
  • Own and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts, ensuring visibility and accuracy across the business
  • Manage and oversee weekly payment runs
  • Support and oversee accounts payable processes and controls
  • Work closely with the Finance Director on forecasting, financial planning and ad-hoc projects
  • Provide financial insight and support decision making across multiple sites
  • Review and improve reporting processes and controls where required
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Proven experience within FP&A and management accounting roles
  • Strong experience producing and managing rolling cashflow forecasts
  • Hands-on experience with payment runs and accounts payable
  • Background within multi-site businesses is essential; education sector experience highly advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
