Our client is a leading energy services and power solutions provider operating across Germany. Following recent investment from a global private equity sponsor, the business is entering an exciting growth and transformation phase, underpinned by an ambitious buy-and-build strategy and a clear focus on accelerating expansion.
As a strategic decarbonisation partner to the real estate sector, the company plays a key role in helping customers improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and support the broader energy transition in Germany. To support continued acquisition-led growth, the business is seeking an experienced PMI Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired companies across the organisation.
