With annual recurring revenue of approximately £40m, the business has a clear strategy to scale to £100m ARR through a combination of sustained organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
Operating internationally with offices across the UK, USA, Australia, Germany and Singapore, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Finance to lead its global finance function.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is the Number One Finance role within the organisation. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, supporting the Board and private equity investors, and building the financial infrastructure required to support significant international growth.

The Opportunity
As VP Finance, you’ll lead and develop a talented finance team of nine while acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the finance function evolves alongside the business, delivering first-class financial reporting, commercial insight, robust controls and scalable processes that support both organic expansion and an active acquisition strategy.
You’ll work closely with the executive team, Board and investors, providing the financial leadership required to deliver the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global finance function across multiple international entities.
- Own all financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Develop strategic financial plans to support growth from £40m to £100m ARR.
- Partner with the COO and executive leadership team on commercial decision-making and business performance.
- Act as the primary finance contact for the private equity investors, Board and lenders.
- Lead financial planning, modelling and performance analysis across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, controls, governance and reporting.
- Lead financial due diligence, integration and execution of acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance across all international jurisdictions, including statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements.
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team capable of supporting a significantly larger organisation.
- Deliver meaningful commercial insight that helps drive profitable growth.
About You
We’re looking for an accomplished finance leader with experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth businesses where change is constant and finance is expected to be a strategic business partner.
You’ll likely bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or international equivalent).
- Significant post-qualified leadership experience within a high-growth business.
- Experience working in a private equity-backed environment.
- A proven track record of scaling finance functions through periods of rapid growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integration and corporate development activities.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- International finance experience across multiple jurisdictions.
- A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience within financial services, fintech, payments, wealth management, insurance or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
