A PE-backed international professional services group is seeking a VP Finance / Global Controller to join the executive finance team during an exciting growth phase.
Reporting to the CFO, this individual will lead global financial control, reporting, governance and finance operations across a multi-entity international business. The role will play a key part in supporting continued growth, M&A activity and finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global financial control, reporting and month-end close
Own audit, statutory reporting and lender requirements
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and group accounting policies
Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting
Oversee shared services and transactional finance operations
Support acquisitions, integrations and international expansion
Manage covenant reporting and compliance
Lead and develop an international finance team
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
Prior experience as Controller, Group Controller, VP Finance or similar
Strong US GAAP and multi-entity group accounting expertise
Experience within PE-backed, sponsor-owned or high-growth environments
Proven track record leading audits, reporting and financial controls
Exposure to M&A, integration and finance transformation initiatives
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
