Finatal has appointed Clara Tate as Associate Partner, Interim Management, in New York, as the firm continues to build a powerhouse interim team in North America.
Clara joins the North America business after more than six years with Finatal in the UK, where she has been a key part of the firm’s growth and development. As one of Finatal’s longest-serving employees, she has built deep experience advising private equity clients on senior interim hiring and leadership solutions.
Her track record spans transformation, value creation and change mandates within senior finance, helping private equity-backed businesses bring in high-impact interim leaders at critical moments. Over her time at Finatal, she has worked closely with clients across the mid-market and large-cap space, building a strong understanding of what portfolio companies need as they scale, transform and prepare for key milestones.
She now brings that Finatal experience and market knowledge to North America, where she will work alongside Alex Jillions, to expand the firm’s interim offering across the region. Together, they will help private equity clients and portfolio businesses access the interim leadership needed to deliver results in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
