The Opportunity
Finatal are partnering with a Private Equity firm to find a CFO for a manufacturing portfolio company. The role would suit someone with a background in the manufacturing space and prior experience of Private Equity environments.
Prior experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a PE-backed business is required.
The Role
- Lead the finance function for this c.£15m revenue manufacturing business
- Work with the Board and PE Investors to set short, medium, and long-term financial strategy
- Manage the finance team and all financial processes and systems
- Business partner with the CEO to drive organic growth
- Create and execute an international growth strategy
Requirements
- Track record as a CFO or FD in Private Equity backed businesses
- Deep experience in a manufacturing or industrial business
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
