Requirements
- Qualified Accountant – ACCA / ACA/ CIMA or equivalent
- Proven track record as a CFO or Senior Finance Executive within a Private Equity backed business
- Experience within a professional services business/similar model
- Expertise in scaling businesses with an understanding of operational challenges in such environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
