They are seeking to hire a senior finance leader with experience of multi-site p&l models – backgrounds in retail, care, leisure, hospitality, or similar could all be considered. The role holder will need to be as comfortable driving strategy as operating in a hands-on culture with a lean finance team. The business is operating at £40m revenue and ~£5m EBITDA.
The role would suit a finance leader with:
- Experience in Private Equity backed environments
- A background in consumer multi-site businesses
- Comfort with the detail of leveraged environments
- Track record in a high growth success story
- A positive, high energy mindset, always pushing for growth
- The ability to drive high level strategy whilst still being hands-on and in the detail
- Experience around exit processes
