The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, investors and external advisers, you will support the execution of multiple transactions simultaneously.

- Coordinating financial, commercial, legal and tax due diligence
- Managing advisers and internal stakeholders against demanding transaction timetables
- Reviewing financial information, valuation analysis and transaction materials
- Supporting negotiation of key commercial and transaction points
- Managing deal processes, documentation, approvals and completion mechanics
- Identifying execution risks and proactively driving issues to resolution
- Working closely with management and investors to maintain momentum across a busy acquisition pipeline
The Person
The key requirement is demonstrable experience executing transactions in a high-volume deal environment.
You will ideally have:
- Strong M&A / transaction execution experience
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced acquisition environment
- A track record of managing several transactions concurrently
- Experience within a buy-and-build, PE-backed or highly acquisitive business would be particularly relevant
- Strong financial and commercial judgement
- Confidence managing external advisers and senior stakeholders
- The ability to quickly identify the issues that matter and drive them to resolution
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to operate with limited supervision
