Finatal is partnered with a private equity backed global leader in the managed services space. With Private Equity backing and a broad international presence, the business is seeking a Finance Director to join a rapidly growing business. The business is currently operating at £15m revenue and has plans to double growth over the next year. The CEO is looking for a business partner to lead the next phase of growth.
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational framework of the company. This individual will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and treasury functions while providing strategic insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, M&A, and SaaS business models.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role
· Worked alongside PE/ VC in a growth setting
· Strong background in M&A, with a track record of successful transactions and integrations.
· Experience in SaaS business models is highly desirable.
· Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
· Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
