Finatal is partnering with a private equity backed healthcare business who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. With a new role that sits at the intersection of Finance data, you will bridge the gap between Finance, Operations Data and the Executive Team.
Reporting to the Group Director of Finance, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for data. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how finance leverages information, driving improvements in reporting, forecasting and planning across the organisation
Success in the position will come from the ability to work across multiple teams, translate business requirements into meaningful analysis, and influence decision-making at a senior level
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the link between Finance and business teams, translating reporting needs into data solutions.
- Lead the development of finance reporting, dashboards, and BI tools.
- Drive automation and improvements across reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management through data insights.
- Ensure data quality, KPI consistency, and reporting standards.
- Manage and prioritise BI initiatives to deliver maximum business value.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Requirements
- Background in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of BI, reporting, and data analytics.
- Advanced Power BI experience, with a track record of delivering reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and data modelling.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Passion for automation, process improvement, and continuous enhancement.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar qualification desirable but not essential.
